That tells us alot. What's the o/s? a/s? Why a change in company detail 3 times in it's 18 month existance? Why are they not listed if they have stock? What's the price/value? Why did they dump their former name/company AU Minerals? To start over? Or just another shell company for Brighton Resources Group? Who? Ya, can't find diddly on them either. But remember, they have "enjoyed significant success with exchange listings and day-to-day management of large exploration and mining companies in Australia. Their combined years of mining experience, access to large capital financing, and team of geological experts will be greatly beneficial to the joint venture." Yet they don't even have a friggin website. I question all of that, some answers would be nice. You have all years of experience in penny stocks, how many red flags do you need?
