WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT? You don't understand the math do you?

Get beyond the nunber of shares you have. You need to look at the value of the company - the company's worth to a potential buyer. An RS does nothing to affect the buyout price. If you own 100,000 shares at $.30 ($30,000) or after a 1 for 10 split you own 10,000 shares at $3.00 ($30,000) you own the same percentage of the company. It's the same value to you ($30,000) and the same overall value to the potential acquiring company. A billion dollar buyout gets you the exact same return if you own the same percentage of the company at pre and post RS. Do you get it?????

A psychological reaction to the RS means nothing if SPORT is the real deal. If it's not the real deal, we are screwed whether a RS happens or not.

If Titan does not RS and does not have a partner right now, they still have to raise $. They still have to dilute. And a $70 mil raise will dilute us to oblivion. Intuitive's stock price is on it's way to $1000 pps. It's because they own the market AND have a low OS count. The lower Titan's OS, the higher the pps can go. It's simple math. I'd much rather be on a top exchange with opportunities for bigger investment dollars and a lower OS count than sit here on the OTC and stare at my $.20 to .30 pps being manipulated by MMs every day, then diluted again it drops to $.10 or less.
