Just my two cents on some of the short's complaints..
For everyone who has blamed the low stock price on PT "dumping" his shares, what would you rather him do? We could issue more shares which would flood the market, dropping the PPS in the process? Or we could take a slower approach to this operation and just pay cash (a very small amount of cash) for very small improvements (that would take an extremely long time, which you would still complain about). ..either way you look at it, we have expenses that need to be paid. You should be happy that PT is using his shares to pay for YOUR COMPANY'S improvements. Stop complaining. You have a wonderful CEO who is doing the best he can, the best way he knows.
