CRE8TIVE WORKS RETAINS SISTAR FILMS TO OVERSEE DEVELOPMENT OF FILM PROJECTS

SCOTTSDALE, ARIZONA, May 18, 2017 (OTC Markets) – Cre8tive Works, Inc. Ticker “FILM” (“Cre8tive”) is pleased to announce that
it is has formally retained Sistar Films Inc. (“Sistar”) to provide film project and development services. Under the terms of the
Services Agreement (the “Agreement”) Sistar will be responsible for vetting, overseeing and coordinating the development of the
various film projects brought in to Cre8tive. For these services Sistar will be paid a base monthly fee with performance bonuses as
each project moves forward. In addition, Sistar will be entitled to finder’s fee for any new film projects that Sistar is responsible for
introducing to Cre8tive. The finder’s fee will be negotiable on a pre deal basis. The term of the Agreement is for a twelve month
period. Sistar’s first project under this agreement will be the independent horror film “Vineyard”.
“We are very excited to be working with Laurie McLay and Sistar Films” stated Lisa Nelson, President of Cre8tive. “To bring in a
strategic partner with Laurie’s credentials and contacts within the film industry is a major step forward for our company. We will be
relying heavily on her for guidance on which film projects to take on and making sure that they move ahead on time and on budget,”
continued Ms. Nelson.
ABOUT LAURIE MCLAY
A Vancouver native with a passion for the arts, Laurie McLay has been working in the Film and Television industry since 1988 on a
multitude of projects including Feature Films, TV Series, Movies of the Week, Animation, Music Videos and Commercials for the likes
of Viacom, MTV, Showtime and HBO. Laurie began on the sets of "21 Jump Street", "Wiseguy" and "MacGyver" then assisted
producers in Series TV including Wes Craven's "Nightmare Café". This led to coordinating MOWs such as "Sabrina, the Teenage
Witch" and production managing the cult hit "The Ren & Stimpy Show" as well as music videos for the likes of Sting, Harry Connick
Jr. and Our Lady Peace. In 1997, she began producing projects for local and foreign companies from Toronto, London, Hong Kong,
New York and Los Angeles. In 2005 Laurie was tapped to produce "Local Flavor with Joan Cusack" and in 2007 she acquired a slate of
Feature Films including "The Praying Mantis" and "Josie and Jack" which were developed with the participation of Telefilm Canada.
In 2010, Laurie ventured into Lifestyle Television with "The Four Coursemen" for the Cooking Channel that was nominated for a 2011
James Beard Award.
