ps-management has 20%+ ownership getting the stock price up is a only "win-win" for everyone. Every dollar up on the stock,is a $4-5 million dollar unrealized gain for Sam,the quickest and honest/no-more-hassle-from-pesty-share-holders way to become a hero and all sins are for given.

ps2-2 funds with up to 15% ownership can start a proxy challenge to the management at any time.Sam is boxed in whether he like or not. I believe a check and balance mechanism is developing and CEO's job is down to one thing: create valve for its shareholder.
