I talked to the FL state attorney many months ago and they found Faraone guilty and Birmingham was awaiting trial but the company was found liable for the wrongdoings. At the time attorney had no plans to seek damages on behalf of the shareholders but with the update on the share structure, my guess is they have decided to move on them. I hope so because this beauty cost me 19K. It was a perfect stock but as I found out later, it was too perfect.
