Sally and Wales, yes, by giving an interest in the production, out of the pocket costs are eliminated or minimized. Every lease/contract is/and or will be different, but I was impressed to learn TRSI does not, nor intends to, jump on just any deal, but only those that provide them the lion's share of returns. Not all contracts can be deemed profitable just because they are contracts.

Also, much like other companies do, to cut costs, they sell %interests in some projects, as I believe they intend to do with the Montana lease.
