Taco, GTF and others, toxic death spiral funders DO NOT BUY IN FOR LONG PERIODS OF TIME.. It does not matter if it's Plsb or any other BB, pink or small cap nas. They buy in and sell as fast as they can and when they mitigate exposure they will usually keep pumping enough cash back in to make 50%+ on deal. Some deals come with warrants and that's how the funds play the upside, not through common shares. Where you might see a fund hold is if they buy straight equity deals at a set price. If you think it is any other way you have zero clue how and why these deals are structured the way they are set up. It's plain and simple philosophy as the only risk in these deals is failure to deliver shares, inability to sell (not able to sell due to invalid filings i.e. Non timely filings), halted trading or bankruptcy. Any real fund that buys for long term HATES these types of deal because when others with knowledge and cash see these deals, they run away as fast as they can and trading houses sell the shares down because these scum funders are known for what they are and what these deals do to companies. Hence, that is why the company share price is .0024 and market cap is 600k. This is also why the company can't get any real talent. You guys drive me nuts that you do not or refuse to understand what is real or not. Just look at the deals and companies they fund. It's a joke, look at the price and the companies then you'll realize the mess Yates created
