Richard Oravec (IR) said everything has been submitted to FINRA. We are just waiting on FINRA.

In addition, we already know the CUSIP number was assigned to the new company two weeks ago.

We also know the company name was changed to the new name at the Wyoming SOS last week.

We also know the company updated the company description on the OTC site yesterday confirming that our new company is a EV battery and EV car company.

Let me repeat, we are waiting on FINRA to update the ticker and company name. Once this is done, our new company will release financials and PRs under the new company name and ticker symbol.
