I have some Restricted ENTI. When Osceola Gold passed through ENTI there was a name change. Lot of different state filings. My restricted did change names from a number to Encounter Tech Inc. I have to assume different Than NPT, Encounter Development Technologies Inc and Encounter Technologies Inc that ENTI has been called because my PEG Inc divvy's r/s 1711.156:1 and merged with the restricted. No CUSIP number yet though.

My concern is Encounter Development Technologies Inc and Osceola Gold have the same address and are listed as mining. My SREH sister to ENTI issued a divvy SREH changed to ABVG and those SREH mining divvy shares converted to ABVG shares and went POOF and disappeared from my account.

My understanding also to mine Gold in the US you have to be a registered Canadian Mining Company ?
