If thats all your yield was than you are horrible aslt growing. Personally seen and worked on a single plant less than 8ft tall that gave near a half pound. Thats in a tent even. Plenty of strains have yields in the lb range. To only get an ounce is a joke but yeh. Im in this long and know what a single plant can produce. Ill be ready.
