Quite apart from the track record of complete incompetence, what passes for FASC's management have consistently lied to their loyal investors, including assuring them that SEC had no problem with their extreme delinquency with the required filings, when in fact the "CEO" knew that the exact opposite was the truth.

This is of course a felony, and that tells you exactly how much you can rely on the honesty and integrity of the former circus barker allegedly running this long-running travesty of a company.
