In any other penny stock I would disagree. Nasart knows what he is doing but like other penny stocks there just aren't the heavy hitters like retirement funds to answer to. The NASDAQ provides some shelter like a reef does for smaller fish while the battle rages closely above. On the OTC the success or failure of the small fry depends largely on the integrity of the CEO who can operate almost without any concern or tether to the common shareholder. As for the tea leaves, what mid May means in its many permutations will just have to be revealed to us peasants when seen fit.
