Dilution after a reverse split will have the same effect on each shareholder's percentage share of the company. If they were to raise $X million through an offering after a 10:1 RS (for example), the number of shares needed to be offered would be 1/10 as much as now to raise the same $X. Dilutional effect would be the same to each of us.

If we get uplisted though, institutional buyers are IN and market makers are OUT. That is an undeniable positive.
