8K explains the conversions and why they can't go over 9.9% due to conversions of toxic financings. If they go over 9.9% they are deemed insiders and can only sell under Rule144 of the 1934 act. That formula would only allow 1% of the OS or the average daily volume of the month. Oh these Newbies that do not have a clue
