I'm not saying perfect but coming from the days of the video constantly buffering and not being able to read small text it's certainly improved (still not on mobile devices mind you).

I'm in the same region as their offices but I know they test it with multiple ISP's.

With the waves of negativity you exude, sometimes I feel backed into a corner of taking the role sounding like I'm a promoter. Truthfully, I'm a disappointed/frustrated investor like you who wants to see some reality from the glossy verbal brochure that got us invested in the first place.
