At this point I don't believe Momenta would be the only one, especially to rules that haven't even been formally adopted yet.

This is not a hard or complex trial to run to say that no one else would be interchangeable.

Let's get real for a moment, does anyone think that Shire would not only pay Momenta, but give Momenta such an asset and walk away. Shire certainly would have a way to monetize its ownership of the ONLY INTERCHANGEABLE $15 billion dollar drug.
