Someone mentioned recently that they felt the buyout was in essence done and the buying entity could be gobbling up shares so that their bottom line would improve when that date came. That was the short version of me summing the post up.

IMO, this is what is happening. Think about it...xyz company has agreed to buy at .098, any shares they own and have been purchased below that post is a benefit to them.
