What doesn't make sense is that the D+B arm with TC0, <1% only did 0.4 months better than D+P and it did far worse for the other categories. Is a .4 month increase that significant? I understand every day counts but this not seem earth shattering at all.

Or did I read the information incorrectly?

This P3 Data Mining seems to have Peregrine drawing at straws to make it seem better.

mos of the D+B arm is 11.5 months (TC0, < 1%) and 6.0 months (TC1/2/3, ≥1%) with HR 0.38 (95% CI, 0.19-0.76); p-value = 0.004.

mOS of the D+P arm is 11.1 months (TC0, < 1%) and 10.4 months (TC1/2/3, ≥1%) with HR 0.93 (95% CI, 0.47-1.87); p value = 0.844.

PPHM Should Be Changed to ATM - Absolute Dilution Machine, 35+ Years and Counting and still in Pre-Clinical Trials.
