Who in god's name would name a company not once, but twice, IVANHOE, if they were not a dreamer. Most real men are. Macho guys in particular. Women are nesters, men are dreamers, a perfect team for long term success
so what we will get here, is a different breed of cat. How much, who knows. I can tell you where I live, in Delaware, the Dupont company has experienced what I think is probably typical. Dupont 30 years ago, was staffed at the executive level by one type of man: an engineer. That was it. They were religious that wallstreet scum were out. Engineers were all presidents and vice presidents and they worked their way up. These were brilliant americans. Outside of oil, the world's greatest resource company for a long time.
What happened in the 1990s was that the engineers got squeezed out by wallstreet, and in particular, by the finance scum....the paper pushers, the elites and big shots who were simply con men, and this is what finance people do: they con you out of money; they are slickters. And the mining industry for now (not forever I believe deeply, and can make an argument on this...) is somewhat in partnerhship with this class of person.....So I think a lot of the industry now has these scum paper pushers at the top, who have little if any values. But I can tell you this: The chinese have values, and as regards any suitor, they gotta deal with Robert Friedland, even if they are drug dealers from Mars.....so our money is well protected. He requires honesty, and he is very Tough bad ass dreamer type, as all great men are.
