Ogburn may very well pursue CBD business, but I think that is unrelated to DL retaining the CBD deals the former CEO structured. Many companies are venturing into the CBD market so Ogburn's intentions don't concern me. I don't think CBD will be the focus of DL, but they would be foolish not to follow this through to maximize the deals potential. As far as pursuing future deals, don't think DL will pursue that.
But again, I don't think Ogburn stole the CBD deal he structured though.
