Hmmm...regarding the buyback complete announcement...the difference between Nov 9 (when it was announced) and Apr 26 (when they completed Phase 1) was about 5 1/2 months. Assuming the same time period, they may announce completion of their latest buyback around Oct 12.

Of course I'm just thinking out loud.
