The $$PKGM investing public will be able to tell when it's time to put more money or new money into this...L2 will show that/when the note holders are also willing to let the market win while they are releasing shares.
in the OTC nothing really runs w/o some paper entering the market...it's the nature of the beast yet the aforementioned has to happen for ALL to be successful, including the funders' as w/o the market buying they can not sell...it's always about liquidity
