PERMITS? IF they announce permits have been approved, with both KPE and Trinity, how high could this actually go based on the massive outstanding share count?

Permit approval may only bring this to .05 - .10 because of the share count. Any agree or disagree?

I've been long through wild swings and haven't sold anything as I really do believe they will actually progress forward on this deal. The timing (although now not too sure how long Mr. Trump will be in office) demand and vicinity is almost perfect storm here for a new, state of the art refinery that is built primarily to process shale vs. the heavier oils.
