On August 11, 2016, the Company received a $2,109,942 purchase order from JWH Telecommunications Inc. relating to LTE tower services.

On August 11, 2016, the Company received a $438,000 purchase order from ZWA Telecommunications Inc. relating to radio-swap tower services in Ohio.

On August 8, 2016, the Company entered into a new Master Subcontract Agreement and $8,400,000 purchase order with YKTG clarifying the terms of the Company's previous agreement and purchase orders with YKTG for decommissioning tower services for a major telecom carrier, the identity of which the Company was unable to disclose pursuant to the prior agreements.

DETAILS OF SEWP AGREEMENT WITH NASA

i3 Integrative Creative Solutions, LLC AGREEMENT WITH NASA

Based on a conservative estimate of receiving 2.5% of the SEWP CONTRACT, BVTK IS EXPECTED TO RECEIVE $500 MILLION DOLLARS.
(This estimate is based on BVTK ability to deliver the necessary products and services that would qualify BVTK to earn 2.5% of the $20 Billion Ceiling that the contract is worth and that it guarantees.)

BVTK has partnered with i3 Integrative Creative Solutions, LLC to deliver security software and solutions to NASA for the amount of up to $20 BILLION DOLLARS. THIS CEILING IS THE MOST THE COMPANIES CAN BILL FOR DELIVERING THE SERVICES OUTLINED IN THE AGREEMENT.

Bravatek Solutions Inc (OTCMKTS:BVTK) has announced signing a number of agreements with i3 Integrative Creative Solutions, LLC (“i3”) situated in Springfield, Virginia. With strong links to the government as well as military space, i3 Integrative Creative Solutions is owned by a disabled veteran.

Chairman and Founder of i3 Integrative Creative Solutions Mr. Phil Oakley said in a statement that Bravatek secured a government contract within the first day of joining hands with i3 Integrative Creative Solutions.
