Drugdoc..u have over 1250 followers but my experince tells me that they will find other ways to convert whatever is possible just what they did this time. They decided not to conver before $3-$4 range but few days ago they decided to convert Preferred B anything over $1.10, but they can also convert much more by offering much much much lower prices . History is the only facts I have. IMHO millions & millions if not billions of shares are on the way soon....WATCH OUT!!!! GL!!! Who knows....
