Home Depot, in a word, is SH!!T today to Independent licensed local contractors.

Where I operate in Hickory, NC region (cover 5 counties), Home Depot here is useless and employees are as bad as the local Lowes regarding countertop and other similar special orders- always lieing to (non HD/LOWES Installer) contractors and orders screwed up time & again!

We have one countertop order right now almost 10 weeks still not in with everyone in the chain from HD to WebDon to Preston Woodworking, et all blaming each other for delays... WTF going on! THEY all get a paycheck!!! Nobody gives a damn about our local customers who cannot have their bathroom or kitchens finished (we do not get paid either) because of these ongoing repeated delays time & again...

Have seen multiple times patio door orders come in wrong and countertop orders wrong, and instead of them (HD) donating to say Habitat for Humanity (get tax writeoff), they destroy/break them up with sledge hammers!!!

What a bunch of wasteful stupid corps today, affecting local licensed contractors, as they BOTH act like General Contractors, Never licensed to do such, yet employ bottom of barrel Installers making them libel for damages, so HD or Lowes can get away skirt free with no "responsibility" ONLY thinking about their bottom lines-
