I think it's pretty clear; the share price in 2016 was between $0.11 and $1.00. So, depending on what the average share price is between now and next summer will determine what the split ratio will be. If the average share price is $1.00, we'd most likely see a 1 for 5-- which would make the share price $5.00 ... If the average share price is $0.11, then it would be a 1 for 50, which would make the share price $5.50.
