Although I don't like the communication between Joe an us or lack there of we are current and can take off at,a moment's notice. I m sure he doesn't want to just hold this forever. Brian Brick is a major shareholder here and is new to the filings so I believe they are waiting on the merger company to be ready whomever that may be IMO
