YES!, we can. I would only want the Govt to support & help fund, not get involved! Let the Pro's handle it.

$900 million doesn't seem like a lot to spend on a mine that will ultimately be good for the masses. First National Bank of Omaha, mentioned in a post a few weeks ago, spent *450 million on the tower in downtown Omaha.

I'd rather be known as a pollyanna, than a Debbie downer (SNL).
