allo - can you explain the 'controller' conspiracy theory to us in some detail?

Do you think they are an individual investor or a pharma company?

In order to 'control' the stock price, what # of shares or % ownership would they need to have to create this type of leverage?

Seemingly there is a mathematical equation here that could solve the riddle, Right?

Don't all >5% owners have to be listed?
