110 patients w/ pdl-1 testing

assuming equal dist between D+B and D+P arms... 55 patients each

65% tco est 35 patients each arm

35% tc 1/2/3 19 patients each arm

throw in complications of subsequent I-O with 91 patients which is what PDl-1 is all about, one can't really look too deep at these numbers.. really need to look at what the actual components are doing in the tumor microenvironment.

bottom line is more testing with right design parameters.. good news is they have a better understanding of whether something works a lot sooner than mos...
