And when there's no buying and selling going on, and volume is low because of it, how else do you think the price moves?? MM's can and do indeed effect pps. If there is sustainable volume, they have no need to. But on days like today, I constantly watched on level 2 as they drove the price down with 10k sells after sells after sells. Are traders selling 10k lots over and over at $4.95 per trade and up?? Nah...
