Based on your calculations .25 seems very realistic. what kind of time frame are you factoring in?

.... I know that's a ridiculous question as time is the one thing we have zero control over.

I suppose the better question is, do you thinks fins & stop sign removal will be such monumental news that we just go to dizzying heights almost instantaneously?!
