My strategy is very boring. I bought some shares in DOLV, Oct 2015, as part of my diversity plan for investing. In April 2016, I found out that Dr Stein had purchased DOLV in December 2015 and had cleaned it up. He had around 2.6 million dollars of commercial real estate holdings that I thought he was going to bring into the clean shell, so I bought a total of 46,300,000 shares of DOLV and sat on them throughout 2016. When he didn't do anything with the shell, I sold all of my shares in 2017, but kept an eye on DOLV, just in case he decided to do something with the shell. In February 2017, I noticed that there was some activity in DOLV and bought back into the shell, but was only able to get around 12,600,000 shares in the trips, with the money I had at the time, that I was willing to gamble with. I am still holding those shares and since then have added about 3,000,000 more shares. As I mentioned, I am an investor, so I don't play the dips and bounces. Buying as low as I did allowed me to not be stressed out at every drop in PPS. I knew that the clean shell was worth something, so I monitored the stock and here we are now, ready to take off. Boring, huh!!!
