its all common man all of it; there is no preferred at all
they cant get normal loans because they are in the cannabis industry
mgmt made the iliad loans yes they suck; might have been the best they could get but they deals had to be done or this thing goes under
the canx pay off benifitted JONNIE WILLIAMS NOT MONAS OR DOWLING so not sure why people keep saying they paid themselves off.
so now we are down to options for mgmt which everyone and their mom seems to be pissed off about
giving options at start up is normal market practice which begs the question; what is the difference between the normal market rate for issuance of options and the options actually received by mona mona3 and downling and that is why the uproar i suppose
hope to god we can get tradional loans instead of this iliad crap
