ETrade has Service-Server change issues.
Supposedly changing users from old server to new 'better' one.
My tracker quit right at 9:30 am. Had to rerun it to connect.
Streamer at site said to be Ok for all.
Results vary per user or area of the Country as switch is made
by ETrade to its users.

Pennies not a zero sum game as much as some zero game.
