Soooooo.... lets assume that QSEP is to become a supplier of devices to KMI. Now we have a sale situation. KMI wants to buy, QSEP wants to sell. Do we let them negotiate? Or do we have a spy in both camps with an investment in the QSEP camp and an interest in pushing the price up and knowing full well the max that KMI will pay.

Doesn't matter if he's in the gas division, he could well be in human resources and still have a conflict of interest!

Is this for real?
