Now let's just clarify that a halt is NOT happening right here at this time.

Though if those rumors are being pumped out, it's a sign that there are some seriously desperate people out there.

But a halt/suspension/grey market relegation can be very bad for your money.

One example is the halt that some pot stocks went through in 2014. Ph0*t being one of them. I stood to make over 20 times my initial investment before the halt they placed on that one. After halt, I only made out with just over 4 times my investment. The money I was going to make went from life changing to just being a decent gain. Best to watch what the SEC does to stocks, since they can single handedly destroy futures.

So a halt scares money - big money right out of the market or ticker that gets halted.
