Teketrra......based on your quote;

Sam, I agree that Rexista not being assign value is not right. Your projections some could say it's fair, some might disagree, but that doesn't really matter that much in my opinion. There is just one piece of puzzle missing for the speculative value in IPCI.

What we need to see is cash reserve that puts investors at ease with dilutions and secondary offerings.

The reason we are currently at this level is due the the severe over shorting and game playing that has gone on with this stock. your comment above is exactly why they are running it down! in order to make money shorting you need to be able to cover WITHOUT raising the share price. therefore one needs the company to make another offering or sell a lot of shares through their ATM in order for the shorts to cover and not raise the share price. OR, they need Longs to just give up and throw in the towel and say its lost money and sell. without those sells the shorts have to cover and raise the share price. one fact we know is the shorts MUST eventually cover. so I do agree its a waiting game.

That being said, it doesn't change the fact that we are undervalued. I laid out my reasons why I felt $4.50 would be a fair range at this point to trade sideways. IF Rexista were to get unfavorable review, I could see it falling at that point, but to have no assigned value with a FDA ruling only months away is ridiculous. I can see or understand the shorts hesitation, and like your comments the company lack of bank roll. BUT on the flip side, companies are fluid. that same argument can used when they partner.

what happens when they get that 20 million up front and now have cash. but immediately say they are going to start phase 2 tests for Regabatin at a cost of say 20 million? using that argument then we're back to trading at $2 ?

I just know people invest in equities because they feel in the future they will be better off than where they currently are. that should then be counter balanced with current risks. as you point out. the need to raise additional cash. I just dont see us getting that fair valuation at these current levels.

not that I can change anything! LOL, Its the shorts who control this stock now. the only redeeming factor is I do not have to sell. so I just hold. the shorts however MUST eventually cover! as the companies position continues to improve the pressure will be more on them to cover than on me to sell. My only hope after the big bang happens the stock finally trades at a fair valuation. to be trading at $2 now based on my conservative figures just shows its more about the manipulation than actual technicals with the stock.
