It clearly states on May 1, Green declined to do the work....

On May 15, BVTK engaged with D. Brooks......who, according to Tom is working 24/7 to complete the audit....and the 8K clearly states

"Prior to May 15, 2017 we had consulted with Brooks regarding any of the following...."

These wheels have been in motion for weeks, probably months...

papers are definitely being drafted as we speak & our new Brooks is only going to speed up the process
