The April 12 (2017) SEC Filing reports a new auditing firm. The original timeline posted weeks ago appears intact. There is even an up-listing planned,
more likely to happen as time now proceeds to work on behalf of investors, and even in support of accounts receivable(?).

I cannot say for sure because the timeline is controlled by the auditor, but it appears that we will be filing the first 10-Q within a week or two, the two subsequent 2016 10-Qs should come one to two weeks later each, then allow up to 4 weeks or maybe more for the annual report, then the 2017 Q1 10-Q before we are current, I think. It could be different, faster or slower, this is my best guess.
