I'm pretty sure it would cost them at least 50K between accounting and filing fees to come current. Where does that $ come from? Bottom line is the scam is played out, the CEO has gone silent for how long now? This shell is basically one swindler sitting in his cushy Pennsylvania mansion draining every last drop of blood out of this stuck pig.
