I think you've had a massive buy in, thus run up, into a special dividend. Anyone and everyone able to sell after the holding period at or above their cb is in the black. A simple minded approach, certainly, but I think you'll see sideways on low vol until EOM. PM on the 30th could be a circus.

The form 4 filed on the 12th is telling.
