Yup - this is true. Smaller companies can have their 10-k filing completed within a week. Thomas actually mentioned a few weeks ago that the holdup with getting the 10-k filed was getting their accountants paid. Apparently there were 2 CPA firms vying to provide this service and now that an agreement has been reached with Brooks, they can move forward. I believe Thom mentioned somewhere that he was hopeful stop sign would be removed this month - looks like they're on pace.
