Good news??? Weren't we all expecting stop sign to come down any day now? How can they be working on fins 24/7 when they were in the middle of changing firms? That stop sign may not come down until August the new firm has to start from scratch basically oy vey!
Ask any accountant how long it should take a new firm to prepare outdated financials ...if it was just the current quarter and they were current with the past it wouldn't be so bad, but for a new firm to prepare fins 1 year old will not happen overnight.
