I called SeD office in Maryland listed on their site to get any information regarding the resignations. The person who answered referred me to speak with Gerald in all matters connected with Amarantus.

On a different note, Ascendant Partners is still the IR rep for Amarantus (according to Fred).

I never stated Fred Sommers was no longer IR - I did state that his name was no longer listed on the contact page - big difference if I am to be quoted...

By the way, ask Fred how long its been since Ascendant Partners was paid - you may get a different tune from him altogether....

meanwhile back at the AMBS Ranch, we're dropping BOD members like flies...and we still have no $2.5-Mil. financing per the terms & conditions of the LOI - that's a fact!

But take it however you wish to. I'm not here to convince anyone about the merits of Gerald or AMBS, as Gerald's past 'track record' speaks volumes for itself...
