I was told once a good, clean OTC shell that qualifies for an OTCQB / OTCQX listing is worth somewhere between $3-400k. On that basis a NASDAQ shell is maybe say $4-600k. The incoming operating company would still need audited financials, $750k net income, $4M revenues, $15M equity, and whatever else criteria. That may be the play here, at least the market wasn't turned on so far by the idea of the software suite of services.

The trick would be to bring in such a company as described above a few days before the NASDAQ delisting hearing. That maybe gives the new company some breathing space to get to the $1 / share for 10 days.
