I don't believe ProStar is in any financial trouble especially with some of the growth occurring with the company.

The revenues and income from ProStar is much better than anything HydroPhi was doing. And with oil price as low as it is nobody is investing in any fuel saving technology. The best for HydroPhi was the lower emissions.

The trucking industry is huge and most of daily consumable goods are moved by this industry.

...and in reality HydroPhi didn't buy ProStar, it was more of a reverse merger that occurred so that ProStar could become a publicly traded company.

I still believe that all will soon be coming to fruition and investors will be extremely happy when that occurs.
