Can you explain why?

For a holding company the O/S is already pretty small (see tencent 9bil OS). The float could be even smaller.

The company is also suing to remove 54 million shares from the OS. Why would they waste money on an EXPENSIVE federal lawsuit if they were just going to do a R/S?

The company is clearly in production already, and we've all seen the various cars with the Z logo. This tells me fins are gonna be a beaut. So why would they R/S?
